When Paul decided to take a DNA test, he expected to learn more about his family history. Neither of us imagined that the results would raise questions about the family we had built together. The test indicated that Paul was not the biological father of our son, Austin. The news was deeply confusing because I knew I had never been unfaithful to him.

Wanting to understand what had happened, I decided to take a DNA test as well. I expected the results to confirm what I had always believed: that Austin was my biological child.
