Law enforcement officials entered the Tucson home of Annie Guthrie and her husband, Tommaso Cioni, as part of the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. Fox News reporter Brian Entin reported that officers were seen taking photographs inside the residence, while flashing lights were visible through windows.

After several hours, deputies left the scene, and authorities have not confirmed whether anyone was inside the home at the time. Cioni was reportedly the last person to see Nancy before she went missing. According to investigators, she had taken an Uber to dinner and was later driven home by him. When she failed to attend church the following day, family members became concerned and contacted police.
Officers later discovered blood evidence in the home, while Nancy’s phone and wallet were found inside, raising further concern about her safety. The FBI has announced a $50,000 reward for information leading to her safe return. Authorities also confirmed that a vehicle connected to the case was towed from the home.
Despite these developments, law enforcement officials say there are currently no named suspects or persons of interest, and the investigation remains active and ongoing. In a public video appeal, Savannah Guthrie and her siblings addressed individuals who reportedly sent messages to the family. They asked for their mother’s safe return and expressed hope for peace and closure. Officials continue to review evidence and follow leads as they work to determine what happened to Nancy Guthrie.
