flarumun kurulu olduğu klasör dosyaları şu şekilde;

Gördüğünüz gibi. chmod, sahiplik sorunları falan yok. 5001 yani usere ait değişiklikler. root vs. değil.
Forumda şuan bir sıkıntı yok, gayet sağlıklı çalışıyor.
Ama mesela: https://siteadresi.com/discuss/storage/formatter şeklinde url girildiğinde, bu kısmın var olduğu sonuna / koymasından anlaşılıyor.
aynı şekilde mesela: https://siteadresi.com/discuss/flarum kısmına giriş yapıldığında sitede var olan flarum dosyası download ediliyor.
.htaccess dosyamı üstte attım, bir problem yok. ama halen o içeriğe erişiliyor.
Ama sizde böyle bir problem yok.
